The firm Levy Alon Maharshak Mor & Co was established by the partners, who worked formerly in a leading commercial law firms in Israel. Besides their legal training and wide experience, they also hold academic degrees in Economics and Business Administration.

Partners

Adv. Meital Levy – Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) and Business Administration (B.A) – majoring in finance, and a Master degree in Business Administration (MBA), majoring in finance and marketing from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya. In her last position prior to the establishment of the firm, Adv. Levy was a senior associate in the commercial department of a leading Israeli law firm. Adv. Levy specializes in corporate law, representing public and private corporations handling complex transactions, credit agreements, financing agreements, investment agreements, mergers and acquisitions, providing legal counsel in the fields of corporation business management and Entities Law Secretariat. Adv. Levy specializes also in the representation of banks regarding banking law and insolvency proceedings and liquidations, creditor protection proceedings and creditor’s settlements.

Adv. Yuval Alon – Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) from the Academic College of Law at Ramat-Gan, and is a Certified Mediator approved by the Courts Administration – Advisory Committee in Israel to conduct mediation process, arbitration and negotiations and resolution of disagreements out of court. Adv. Alon specializes in banking law, bankruptcy and restructuring, handling creditors’ agreements for entities and individuals facing the banking system. Adv. Alon also specializes in private and commercial real estate transactions (real estate investment, construction, etc.) in Israel and abroad, as well as commercial and civil litigation.

Adv. Shira Maharshak-Zigler – Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) and Economics (B.A), from the University of Haifa. Adv. Maharshak-Zigler specializes in corporate and civil law, representing entities & individuals in commercial and civil litigation, class action, labour Law regarding employer/employee relations, employment agreements, employee rights and all procedures taking place in labour courts and/or government agencies. Adv. Maharshak-Zigler also specializes in banking and corporate insolvency.

Adv. Ortal Mor – Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) and Business Administration (B.A) – majoring in finance from the Interdisciplinary Center Herzliya, and a Master degree in Business Administration (MBA), majoring in finance from Ono Academic College. Adv. Mor specializes in Labor law and foreign workers, representing employees and employers in labor courts and is experienced in labor law litigation in all instances. Adv. Mor provides ongoing counselling to employers in all aspects of labor law including: drafting employment agreements and various other agreements relating to labor relations, adaptation of HR policies, management of labor disputes, termination of employment procedures, non-competition restrictions, social benefits etc.

In addition, our firm has special expertise in representing foreign workers in various areas, including work visa and social benefits from their employers

Practice areas

Labor Law – The firm provides legal services to employees and employers regarding all range of employer-employee relations including foreign workers, work visa, employment agreements, representation of employee rights in legal proceedings conducted before the labor courts and/or government agencies, including claims for wages, severance pay, withholding of wages, unlawful dismissal, wages for overtime, sexual harassment, employer liability for working pregnant women, and claims pursuant to the Employment of Women Act and the Equal Employment Opportunity Act.

Corporate – The firm handles private and public companies, entrepreneurs, investors, venture capital funds, starting from the establishment of the entities (companies, partnerships, non-profit organizations and associations) and in the following, providing full and fluent legal care.

Negotiations regarding agreements and complex transactions, credit agreements and settlements, financing agreements, investment agreements, mergers and acquisitions, including due diligence, collateral tests and charges registry.

Banking & Insolvency – The firm provides legal services in all aspects of banking law, entities recovery plan proceedings, and receivership and/or liquidation proceedings of entities as well as bankruptcy proceedings of individuals on behalf of creditors. The firm also handles voluntary liquidation, receivership and bankruptcy applications, entities creditors’ settlements with the banking system, providing legal guidance regarding recovery plan proceedings, creditor protection proceedings and creditors’ settlements.

In addition, the firm provides legal representation of creditors and debtors in the execution office in all pertaining proceedings, including debts collection, implementation of judgments and notes as well as creditors’ settlements and debt absolvent.

Real Estate – The firm provides full range of legal services required in connection with all real estate transactions of private and/or commercial real estate (real estate investment and construction companies) in Israel and abroad. The firm handles real estate sale/purchase agreement, as well as real estate listing regulation in the outraised authority (the Land Registry Office, the Israeli Lands Authority), and escort and provide guidance and legal services in obtaining credit and mortgages, The firm also provide legal representation versus the tax authorities as well as the local authorities.

Litigation – The firm practices civil litigation & commercial litigation representing entities as well as individuals in all judicial courts.
